I. Definitions
The terms used in the Regulations shall mean:
1. Customer - a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, to which special regulations grant legal capacity, who makes an Order from the Store;
2. Civil Code - the law of April 23, 1964. (OJ. U. No. 16, pos. 93 as amended.);
3. Regulations - these Regulations for the provision of electronic services within the archidzielo online;
4. Online store - website available at, through which the Customer can, in particular, place Orders;
5. Goods - products presented in the Online Store;
6. Contract of sale - a contract of sale of Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between Delighted Adam Rzadek and the Customer, concluded using the Store's website;
7. Law on Special Terms of Consumer Sales - the law of July 27, 2002. on special conditions of consumer sales and on the amendment of the Civil Code (Dz. U. No. 141, item. 1176 as amended.);
8. Law on the provision of services by electronic means - the law of July 18, 2002. on the provision of services by electronic means (Dz. U. No. 144, item. 1204 as amended.);
9. Owner of the online store - Delighted Adam Rzadek, 00-534 Warsaw, 56/5 Mokotowska St., NIP: 642-269-26-44, REGON:142948128
10. Order - a declaration of will of the Customer, aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and number of Goods.

II. General provisions
2.(1) These Regulations set out the rules for the use of the online store available at https://archidzielo.en.
2.(2) These Regulations are the regulations referred to in Art. 8 Law on Provision of Electronic Services.
2.3. online store, operating at, is run by Delighted Adam Rzadek.
2.(4) These Regulations set forth in particular:
a. rules for registration and use of an account within the online store;
b. terms and conditions for making electronic reservations for products available through the online store;
c. terms and conditions for placing electronic Orders within the online store;
d. principles of concluding Sales Agreements with the use of services provided by the Internet Store.
2.(5) The use of the online store is possible provided that the ICT system used by the Customer meets the following minimum technical requirements:
a. Internet Explorer version 8.1 or higher with up-to-date Flash / Java plug-ins;
b. Mozilla Firefox, Chrome or Opera with up-to-date Flash / Java plug-ins;
c. the minimum screen resolution is 1024x768 pixels, the recommended 1280x800 pixels;
2.(6) In order to use the online store, the customer should on his own access to a computer workstation or terminal device, with access to the Internet.
2.7. in accordance with applicable law Delighted Adam Rzadek, reserves the right to limit the provision of services through the Online Store to persons who are at least 18 years of age. In this case, potential customers will be notified of the above.
2.8 Customers may access these Terms and Conditions at any time through the link provided on the home page of and download it and make a printout of it.
2.(9) Information about the Goods given on the websites of the Store, in particular their descriptions, technical and performance parameters and prices, constitute an invitation to conclude a contract, within the meaning of Art. 71 of the Civil Code. Delighted Adam Rzadek reserves the right not to fulfill orders for valid economic reasons.

III. Rules of use of the Online Store
3.(1) The condition to start using the Online Store is to register with it.
3.2 Registration is done by completing and accepting the registration form, made available on one of the pages of the Store.
3.3. the condition of registration is to agree to the content of the Regulations and provide personal data marked as mandatory.
3.4. Delighted Adam Rzadek, may deprive the Customer of the right to use the Online Store, as well as may restrict its access to part or all of the resources of the Online Store, with immediate effect, in case of violation of the Regulations by the Customer, and in particular when the Customer:
a. provided data during registration in the online store that is untrue, inaccurate or outdated, misleading or violates the rights of third parties,
b. will engage in other behavior that will be considered by Delighted Adam Rzadek as inconsistent with applicable law or general principles of Internet use or detrimental to the good name of Delighted Adam Rzadek.
3.(5) A person who has been deprived of the right to use the online store may not register again without the prior consent of Delighted Adam Rzadek.
3.(6) In order to ensure the security of the transmission of messages and data in connection with the services provided on the Website, the Online Store shall take technical and organizational measures appropriate to the degree of security threat to the services provided, in particular, measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data transmitted on the Internet.
3.7 In particular, the customer shall:
a. use of the Online Store in a manner that does not interfere with its operation, in particular through the use of specific software or devices,
b. use any content posted within the Online Store only for your own personal use,
c. use of the Online Store in a manner consistent with the provisions of the laws in force on the territory of the Republic of Poland, the provisions of the Regulations, as well as with the general rules of Internet use.

IV. The procedure for concluding a sales contract
4.(1) In order to conclude a Sales Contract through the Online Store, you should go to the website, make a selection of goods from the Store's offer by taking further technical actions based on messages displayed to the Customer and information available on the website and sent by e-mail from the address design@archidzielo.en.
4.2 The selection of the ordered Goods by the Customer is made by adding them to the shopping cart.
4.(3) During the process of placing the Order - until the moment of pressing the button "Order and pay" - The Customer has the possibility to modify the entered data and in the selection of Goods. To do so, follow the messages displayed to the customer and the information available on the website.
4.(4) After the Customer using the Online Store has entered all the necessary data, a summary of the submitted Order will be displayed. The summary of the submitted Order will include information regarding:
a. the subject of the contract,
b. the price of the ordered products, including delivery costs and additional costs (if any),
c. the selected payment method,
d. the selected method of delivery,
e. delivery time.
4.(5) In order to send an Order, it is necessary to accept the content of the Terms and Conditions, provide personal data marked as mandatory and press the "Place Order" button.
4.6. sending of the Order by the Customer constitutes a declaration of intent to conclude a Sales Agreement with Delighted Adam Rzadek, in accordance with the content of the Regulations.
4.(7) After placing an Order, the Customer receives an automatically generated e-mail message by the system entitled "Confirmation of Order Receipt", containing confirmation of all important elements of the Order.
4.(8) The contract shall be deemed concluded upon receipt by the Customer of an e-mail entitled "Order Confirmation" containing the final confirmation of acceptance of the order for execution.
4.9. the sales contract is concluded in the Polish language, with the content in accordance with the Regulations.

4.11. orders placed and not paid for by the customer are automatically deleted from the archidzielo store after 30 days from the receipt of the Order.
4.12 The order will be fulfilled provided that the goods are available in the store's warehouse or suppliers. In case of unavailability of some of the goods covered by the order will contact the Customer, who will decide on the manner of execution of the Order (partial execution, extension of the waiting time, cancellation of the entire Order).

V. Delivery
5.1. the Delivery of the Goods is limited to the territory of the Republic of Poland and takes place at the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order.

5.(3) The delivery period is from 2 working days to 8 weeks, counting from the day the payment for the order is credited to the account of Delighted Adam Rzadek.
5.4 Customers may access these Terms and Conditions at any time through the link provided on the home page of https://archidzielo.en.
5.(5) Confirmation to the Customer of the material provisions of the Contract of Sale of Goods exceeding PLN 2,000.00 shall be made by attaching to the consignment containing the Goods a printout of the confirmation of the specifications of the Order and an invoice or receipt.

VI. Prices and payment methods
6.1. prices of Goods are given in Polish zloty and include all components, including VAT.
6.2 The customer has the option to pay the price:
a. by bank transfer to the bank account number 85 1050 1025 1000 0090 9006 3141,
b. payment in the e-transfer24 system,
c. payment by credit card through e-service , the credit card is charged when the goods are shipped,
d. cash on delivery by paying for the goods at the courier,
e. cash on delivery in person at the main warehouse in Gromadzice 10 98-310 Czarnożyły in the following hours. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

VII. The right to withdraw from the contract
7.1. the customer, being a consumer as defined in art. 221 of the Civil Code, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance, without giving any reason, making a statement in writing, within 14 days and sending it to the address Delighted Adam Rzadek, 56/5 Mokotowska Street, 00-534 Warsaw
7.(2) The 14-day period shall be counted from the day on which the Goods were delivered.
7.(3) The consumer's right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of:
a. goods and services that go beyond the store's standard offerings, prepared for the customer's special order and tailored to his individual needs;
b. services which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or whose object is subject to rapid deterioration.
7.(4) In the case of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, the contract is considered not concluded. What the parties have rendered shall be returned unchanged, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management. The return should be made immediately, no later than within 14 days. The purchased goods should be returned to the following address: Delighted Adam Rzadek, Gromadzice Warehouse 10, 98-310 Czarnożyły.
d. the enclosed return protocol has been properly completed. Shipments that the customer returns describing cash on delivery or paid in cash, will not be accepted and as a result will be returned to the Sender.

VIII. Complaints about Goods
8.1. Delighted Adam Rzadek, as a seller, shall be liable to the Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Art. 221 of the Civil Code, for non-compliance with the Contract of Sale of the Goods purchased by this consumer, to the extent specified in the Law on Special Terms of Consumer Sales.
8.(2) Complaints arising from violations of the Customer's rights guaranteed by law or under these Regulations should be sent to the e-mail address, and send the goods back to the address Delighted Adam Rzadek, Gromadzice Warehouse 10, 98-310 Czarnożyły. Delighted Adam Rzadek undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days, and if this is not possible, to inform the customer within this period when the complaint will be considered.
8.3. Delighted Adam Rzadek is not a manufacturer of goods. The manufacturer is liable under the warranty of the sold Goods under the conditions and for the period indicated in the warranty card. If the warranty document provides for this possibility, the customer may submit his claims under the warranty directly to the authorized service center, the address of which can be found in the warranty card.

IX. Complaints regarding the provision of electronic services
9.1. Delighted Adam Rzadek takes steps to ensure fully correct operation of the Store, to the extent that results from current technical knowledge, and undertakes to remove within a reasonable time any irregularities reported by the Customers.
9.(2) The customer shall immediately notify Delighted Adam Rzadek of any irregularities or interruptions in the operation of the Online Store service.
9.(3) Irregularities related to the functioning of the Store, the Customer may report in writing to the address: Delighted Adam Rzadek, 75/44 Powsińska Street, 02-903 Warsaw, by e-mail at or by using the contact form.
9.(4) In the complaint, the Customer should provide his/her name, mailing address, type and date of occurrence of irregularities related to the functioning of the Store.
9.5. Delighted Adam Rzadek, undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days, and if this is not possible, to inform the Customer within this period when the complaint will be considered.

X. Final provisions
10.(1) The warranty and the right of withdrawal shall not apply if the product is mechanically damaged. In order to preserve the right to warranty and the right to withdraw from the contract, always before taking delivery from the courier, the buyer is obliged to check whether the packaging or the product has not been damaged in transit. If the packaging of the shipment or the product shows signs of damage, do not accept the shipment and in the presence of the courier draw up a damage report and send the information to the address design@archidzielo.en.
10.(2) Settlement of possible disputes arising between Delighted Adam Rzadek and the Customer, who is a consumer within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code, shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the provisions of the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
10.(3) Matters not covered by these Regulations shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on Rendering Electronic Services and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
