Returns and Replacements


You may return the goods you have received without stating a reason within 14 days of receipt. The returned goods should not bear any signs of use.

You can cancel the entire order or part of it. In the event of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs. When returning only a part of the order, we will refund the delivery costs proportionally to the quantity of the returned goods (e.g. when returning half of the order, we will refund half of the delivery costs). We will reimburse the amount due for the purchased goods as soon as possible (within a maximum of 14 working days, counting from the day of receipt of the parcel). We will transfer the amount due for the returned goods to your bank account or payment card if it was used to pay for the order.

Goods can be returned by choosing one of two options:

Detailed instructions - Buy safely and without worry:

Log in to your account at
Go to the "Your account" tab » "Returns" » "Add a product return"
Select the order you wish to return from the list and then select the goods you wish to return
Choose how to return the goods » "I will use the shop's consignments".
Select the form of reimbursement » "Transfer"
In the case of a bank transfer, the bank account number to which the amount due is to be refunded must be provided.
Then add the return declaration
Print the return request (clicking on this option will generate a return form and a shipping label)
Sign the form and place it in the package with the returned goods (without a signature, we will not be able to accept the return)
Give the parcel with the printed label to the DHL courier ordered by us at your expense (the return postage cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded).

Option for non-registered customers

If you have made a purchase without registration, you must return the goods yourself to the address:

Regardless of how you return the goods, they should be packaged in a suitable manner to prevent damage during transport.
Returned goods will only be accepted if they are sent back with their complete contents (including any freebies, gifts etc. included by us) and the product itself and accessories are undamaged.
Please enclose a completed returns form and proof of purchase of the goods with the returned goods.
We do not accept any parcels sent COD! Returns sent this way are returned to the sender, as we are unable to collect such parcels.


To exchange goods, you must place a new order and send the exchanged product back to our company as a return to the address:
